Modern Slavery Statement

IT Opsec’s annual turnover is below the £36 million threshold set by the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and we are not legally required to publish a slavery and human trafficking statement under section 54 of that Act. We are publishing this statement voluntarily, because we believe it is good practice and because several of our clients, including public sector bodies, expect their suppliers to take a clear position on this.

Our business

IT Opsec is a UK-based provider of IT and cyber security training courses and consultancy services. Our workforce is primarily UK-based trainers, consultants and support staff, and our supply chain is limited — mainly training venues, course materials and standard business and IT services.

Our commitment

  • We do not use forced, compulsory or child labour in any part of our own business, and we expect the same from our suppliers.
  • We take reasonable steps to understand who we work with before entering into a business relationship.
  • Any concern raised by a member of staff, supplier or client about modern slavery or human trafficking will be taken seriously and investigated.

We will review this statement annually and update it as our business grows.
